| Youssoupha Sidibe |
The music of Youssoupha Sidibe is deeply infused with a longing for the full realization of divine love in this world. Youssoupha’s musical career began over twenty years ago in his home of Senegal, West Africa, where he was trained as a Kora player at the National Music Conservatory of Senegal. His music fuses traditional West African sounds on the Kora, with the Sufi devotional chanting of the Senegalese Baay Faal community. The angelic sounds of the Kora, an indigenous harp, soulfully carry Youssouopha's devotional lyrics sung in Wolof, Arabic, French and English. (more..)

| Scott Huckabay |
With incense burning between strings, wearing bells on both ankles, the passionate ritual begins. The stage echoes, rolling like thunder under his bare feet, pounding a mesmerizing heartbeat. Dancing in a circle, shaking his dolphin guitar like a shaman shaking his magic medicine rattle, he lifts the guitar to his lips and howls the ancient cries from the deepest seas, leading us on a mesmerizing journey...
Scott Huckabay is a brilliant guitarist whose groundbreaking style incorporates elements of Rock, Blues, Jazz and Fusion. To watch Huckabay play the guitar today, you are struck by his overall mastery of the fretboard and the way in which his fingers fly up and down the neck of his acoustic guitar. Including using a meteorite for a guitar pick, Scott utilizes every known guitar trick and then adds a few of his own just for fun. Behind the explosive dynamics and pulsating rhythm of Scott Huckabay's alchemical guitar work lies an inspiring story of healing and recovery that is perhaps, more powerful than the music itself. | Travis Levity |
Travis Puntarelli was exploring the Earth like a Dog's Nose when he pondered the escapade of revelry and found himself flat on the floor of the Time-Ship, buttoning his coat. He was thinking of jumping the ship right off, but then something happened that made him change his mind. Perhaps it was because the water looked a bit too cold and frothy, perhaps it was because the ship added such a fancy swagger to his step, but more likely that Dog's Nose just wanted to see where the ship was going, and so he stayed.
Grown in Bloomington Indiana and schooled by obscure stars and wandering souls as they moseyed back and forth across the continent of NA, he found himself lost At Once. And now again, Lost. Oh, he has played with such Characters as Pa-wah-oul, Cheshire the Mimsey, Hot Fighter Number One, Octover Springlet, Out of the Blue, and the Haunted Windchimes. He is currently working on a project to tie grass roots with dream shoots and turn windows into doors. This guy is way excited to play with you.

SaraTone brings the big messages, dealing with the reality that humans are in the midst of. Her songs offer a new perspective and a sense of peace in the midst of the craziness. Her style is self dubbed Folk-Hop, because it is of the folk, its music of and for the people. She is a product of 20th century music so there is no denying the hip-hop and pop based influence. SaraTone's music is heavily influenced by different 'World Music', specifically North Indian Raga, West African Drum and Dance, Celtic Melody, Brazilian Samba and Bossa, Trance from all over and of course Roots Reggae. Give Thanks. SaraTone explains, "Out of all the music I am called to play, ultimately I am a singer. I have been singing my whole life and I can't imagine life without. Music is the realm of imagination and voice is my guide."
SaraTone continues to study the great vocal music of North India, a style of Raga called Khyal, which means 'flight of the imagination'. She studies with friend and teacher Michael Stirling, who is passing the Celestial Music of his teacher and guru, Pandit Pran Nath. As Nietzsche said, "Life without music is a mistake".

| Tuvan Throat Singing by SORIAH |

From out of the fir-lined mists of the Pacific Northwest's primordial musical soup is spawned the singular performance and sound sculptor Soriah. Spilling initially from a rock and roll womb, but building on years of intensive studies in Tuvan throat singing and classical Indian raga chanting, Soriah both subverts and elevates tradition by weaving the avant-garde into the ancient. Whether backed by hand percussion, or accompanying himself on organ, or with electronics, or wailing a cappella, a thick, echoing, thaumaturgic atmosphere is carved out of the thin, vibrating air that rushes between vocal chords. Performance is an integral part of Soriah's Chao-sphere. Concerts played in haunted tunnels, from trees, in the desert, in churches and other far-flung venues are more the rule than the exception. Elaborate costumes, often incorporating authentic head-dresses and other tribal garments and totems, are another hallmark. The costumes are worn partly in beatific reverence and partly for the sake of how they move. Soriah's grounding in the study of butoh, yoga and other physically based rituals completes the circle of the experimental shaman; a circle which will continue to propagate as the only constant with Soriah is change.................
